Job Description
Our client, one of the biggest telecom service provider is now looking for the following talent to fulfill their team -
Duties
- Provide full range of clientt services proactively to premium corporate customers
- Answer telephone inquiries from customers, liaise with related parties for follow up actions and handle account related after sales services in a professional manner
- Carry out various regular account servicing duties, i.e. Billing report generation, users devices training, etc.
- Coordinate and with Technical Support Team members for trouble shooting and inquiry
- Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure smooth corporate account services
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above
- Native in Japanese, Good written & spoken English
- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Mature, meticulous, independent with the ability to work on tight deadlines
- Energetic and able to work well under pressure
- Less experience will be considered as Client Services Administrator
