Our client, a Japanese Service Provider, is looking for a Japanese Speaking Insurance Assistant -
Job Description:
- Handles and answer inquiries from Clients and Customers
- Assess insurance claims, issue bills
- Handle of the Japanese emergency hotline
- Update hospital information and make confirmation
- Compile reports
- Perform Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job requirements:
- Degree Holder or above in any discipline
- At least 2 years customer services experience
- Knowledge in Insurance would be an advantage
- High sense of responsibility, accuracy and able to work under pressure
- Native in Japanese
- Fluent in English or Chinese (Cantonese/ Mandarin) will be an advantage
- Computer proficiency in MS Office
- Immediately available would be a definite advantage
