Our client, a Financial Management Institute, is now looking for an experienced IT talent to join the expanding team.
Job Responsibilities
• Design the Regional Network Infrastructure
• Design the Corporate Banking/ebanking/mbanking Network and Security framework.
• Design the Corporate Business Continuity Plan/Disaster Recovery Plan
• Develop and maintain the Corporate Security Policy and Standard
• Manage the ISO 27001 framework.
• Manage the IT Network and Operation Team, IT Project Management, Vendors Management, Corporate BCP and DRP, IT Change and Control Management.
• Manage the IT Network/Server and Operation Team on Day-to-day Operations
• Manage the IT Audit, Compliance and Operational Risk Control processes
• Responsible for IT Projects and Vendors Management
• Responsible for IT Change and Control Management
• Review and maintenance the ISO 27001:2013 certification
• Provide IT Trainings to Corporate users
• Provide Support to the Regional Network infrastructure
Job Requirements
• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in Networking/Engineering/ Telecommunication/InfoSec or related disciplines in which at least 5 years at Managerial level, preferable in Banking or Finance industry
• Minimum 4 years of project Management experience in Financial or Telecommunication industry
• Experience on Regional Network Infrastructure and Security framework deployments is a must
• Holder of one or more of CCNA, MCSE, CCNP, CISSP, CISA, OCP, ISO27001 Lead Auditor
• Knowledge of Network Routing and Security, Servers (Windows, Unix), Database (Oracle, SAS), Security Products (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, AV/SPAM, Gateway control, DLP), Routing (Static/Dynamic routing design and setup with various Network equipments, such as Cisco, 3Com, Juniper)
• Experience in Database and Server Administration
• Good Communication, Analytical and Quantitative skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while still maintaining effective matrix relationships.
