Officer – System Compliance and Control
 

Responsibilities

• Assisting in controlling and issuing Safety Management System (SMS) and Quality Management System (QMS) documentations;
• Keeping and updating all the necessary records and indices of the Division;
• Performing internal SMS and QMS auditing, and follow up non-conformities results;
• Assisting in writing up / amending SMS manuals, forms, documents, etc.;
• Assisting in planning, drafting and amending QMS documentation of the Division;
• Carrying out other duties as instructed by superiors.

Requirements

• Preferably with tertiary education in Business Administration, Engineering, Nautical/Maritime, or relevant subjects;
• Passed in the internal auditor course for either ISO9001:2008 standard or ISM code; and with the implementation experience;

• Can work aboard with no difficulty; knowledge or experience in ship operation will be an advantage

• Fluency in written English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing, etc.;
• Mature and can work independently; a good communicator who is able to deal with different level of people easily.
