- To lead / provide technical expertise in Electronic Hardware Design to Team Engineers and Design Project Teams
- To determine the Approach and Topology for new Products
- To define key technical parameters of the Circuit
- To perform design reviews, maintain and convey good design practice
- To review quotation, compile technical proposal and conduct conceptual design in response to RFQ / RFI
- To monitor progress against Schedule and able to make quick decision to resolve the problem issue
- To conduct Technical Trainings, Seminars or experience Sharing Sessions
Job Requirements :
- Diploma or above in Electronic Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years' experience in Electronic Engineering field
- Strong in Power Electronics, especially Electromagnetic and Embedded control (MCU / DSP)
- Experience with Mechanical and Thermal management and hands on usage of Simulation tools are preferred
- Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin
- Excellent interpersonal communication and problem solving skills
- Be innovative, accountable and good team player
