Job Description:
- PO follow up, delivery arrangement
- Oversee vendors and forwarders’ performance in delivery and pricing
- Inventory Control
- Liaise with customers and assist in solving their problems
- Communicate with different departments internally and externally to ensure smooth operation
- Other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- SAP experience preferred but not necessary
- 2 years related working experience (purchasing , shipment control, cost control, inventory management on materials purchasing, i.e. electrical parts and components. Working in automotive is preferable)
- Good communication in English and Mandarin, Japanese speaking would be an advantage
- Familiar with International Commercial Terms (INCOTERMS) for trading business and Full Set of I/E shipping documents
