Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Answer in-coming call in professional manner.
- Greeting visitors and arrange meeting room.
- Arrange mail / courier delivery order or other administrative works.
Requirements:
- F.5 or above with around 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably gained in sizeable organizations
- Proficient in spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
- Japanese speaking a definitely advantage but not a must.
- Pleasant & mature
- Good working attitude and team player
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
