<Job Responsibilities>
-Find new clients to attend seminars, visit clients, and so on
-Build relationships with clients and business partners
-Responding to customer inquiries
-After-sales follow-up for customers
-Introduce properties to clients and attend viewing
-Create materials for sales and documents for deals
-Update the company's website
-Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
-Fresh graduates who have experienced office work are welcome
-Working experience in BtoB sales is preferable
-Proactive and customer-oriented
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Conversational Japanese and English language skills and native Cantonese language skill
-Proficient MS skill
-Candidates need to get an Estate Agents Authority license
-Candidates who can join during Dec 2024~ Jan 2025
