Responsibilities
• To be in charge of coordination and administration duty concerning to sales activities
• Liaise and negotiate with clients and suppliers
• Handle documentations,Quotation/INV
• Arrange delivery schedule and orders designed
• Assist in any ad hoc duties
Requirements
• Experience as Sales Assistant
• Experience of SAP is a plus
• Proficient in Japanese, English and Mandarin
• Willing to learn,Team player
