Our client, a Japanese trading company is now looking for a sales coordinator for the expansion
Duties
- •Liaising with suppliers and logistic companies regarding delivery schedule and related documents;
- •Prepare quotation with cost calculation and monthly report;
- •Experience in review purchase contract and order processing in SAP system;
- •Coordinate with customers and internal parties to ensure daily logistic operations on schedule;
- •Follow up inventory management and deal with customer inquiries
Requirement
- • Diploma Holder in Shipping/ Logistics or related disciplines or above
• With a min 3 years’ experience in electronics trading company.
• Familiar with China and overseas import and export procedures
•Self-motivated,well-organized, independent and responsible
•Good English and Fluent Mandarin, Japanese speaking would be an advantage
