<Job Responsibilities> - 70~80% Sales duties (mostly handling existing customers), 30%-20% Engeenioring related duties (mostly after-sales support) - Generating sales leads, following up after initial contact, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries. - Providing technical presentations or training to customers. - Providing post-sales support to customers, including technical troubleshooting, onsite checking and customer training, ensuring their satisfaction with the product or service. - Liaising with factory and giving feedback on the technical and sales information to sales team. - Ad hoc duties
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - More than 5 years of work experience in pump industry - Knowledge of industrial pump structure and can explain to customers - Conversational level of English skill and Native level of Cantonese skill. - Good communication skill and negotiation skill <Preferable qualifications> ・Grade A Electrical Work License issued by EMSD. ・BS bachelor's degree in engineering field ・Driving license (to visit sites by company car) ・Apprenticeship training in Building Service or Mechanical ・Certificate in Building Service or Certificate in Mechanical ・Certificate in Plumbing Services ・Certificate in Plumbing and Pipefitting ・Grade I Plumber's License ・Confined Space (Certified Worker)
