Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
Exert best efforts for generating new sales, maintaining and expanding business with existing customers; 
- Develop & execute effective sales and marketing strategy for the relevant    
market;
- Conduct market research to identify export/import opportunities creatively;   
- Lead a well-performed sales team with sound coaching and guidance;
- Render quality services to customers;
- Hit pre-agreed sales targets;
- Effect good sales communications to customers and among the company's overseas offices;
- Generate Sales Leads proactively and respond to Routine Orders actively to     
promote business among the company's overseas offices;
- Complete or assist with RFI, RFQ for Global Accounts;
- Make joint sales calls with the company's overseas sales personnel as required;
- Make business trips as required;
- Coordinate with other Global Accounts Manager in major bids;
- Provide SOP to CS Coordinators for any special handling requirements;
- Check S.I. & AWB copies in a thorough and timely manner to minimize mistakes;
- Complete reports e.g. Monthly Sales Reports / KPI Report etc. ;
- Make good judgment on providing credit facilities, responsible for settling 
outstanding payment of one’s own account;
- Assist in ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Form 5 or above preferably a Diploma / HD / Degree holder in Sales & Marketing or related field
- Well experienced in over 8 years’ sales activities in sizable air & ocean forwarding company with proven track record
- Knowledge of air & ocean freight business and worldwide market
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and team building skills
- Proactive, customer-oriented, results-oriented with excellent interpersonal 
& presentation skills
- Proficient MS skills
