Responsibility

- Expand the existing licensing portfolio, source and negotiate with potential new licensees; and liaise with active licensees of both existing and developing markets,
- Have sound understanding of Hong Kong and Southeast Asian markets for proper licensing strategies formulation
- Ensure strong brand presence in the responsible markets
- Knowledgeable in IP protection for counterfeit handling
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as required
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Studies or related disciplines
- 4 years working experience in character licensing business
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure with strong project management and analytical skills
- Attentive to details, proactive, creative and able to work on multi-tasks, with strong self-motivation
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Japanese speaking is preferable
- Travel is required
