Job Description
- Lead a marketing team to achieve business goals
- Develop comprehensive ATL & BTL activities to enhance brand awareness, including advertising and media, PR and events, joint promotions with business partners, social media programs, online media planning and website maintenance
- Manage product development and marketing, develop business case, define product target and pricing, design product features and usability, manage product delivery, provide sales and marketing support
- Monitor the product marketing and promotion planning process to ensure promotions are planned and executed on schedule
- Analyze and evaluate online market trends of selected segments, customer needs and competitor activities to improve the performance of all online campaigns
- Work closely with internal marketing team to ensure a perfect alignment with the marketing campaigns
- Support other related business and online product-related initiatives
Requirment
- Degree holder, preferably in online/interactive communication, online Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Business Administration
- At least 5 year's solid experiences in online marketing and online product planning
- Demonstrate skills and experience in executing and analyzing online marketing campaigns
- Strategic thinker and creative marketer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
