SENIOR OFFICER/OFFICER, CUSTOMER SERVICES (CORRESPONDENCE TEAM)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handles the daily operation of the correspondence team and ensure the quality and the turnaround time of the correspondence were met with the agreed standard
- Conducts prompt and detailed investigation into the difficult / sensitive cases in order to render quality resolution
- Analyses the customer feedback and identifies possible root causes and improvement actions
- Identifies potential threats or frauds which need instant rectification, improvement or business opportunities, escalates them to manager or appropriate parties for follow-up actions
- Assists in preparation of regular statistical reports for the Manager’s analytical review
- Follows operational guidelines in accordance with company’s requirements and procedures
- Handles ad-hoc tasks and operation supportive tasks assigned by the manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder - At least 5 years relevant experience in insurance / finance industry with 2 years in supervisory role - Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Good PC skills including Word, Excel & Chinese input
- Customer service orientated, responsible, attentive to details and able to work under pressure - Good team player
