Job Description
Responsible for middle-back operations in the company As the middle-back manager of External Asset Manager(EAM) business operations and Asset Management (AM) operations conducted through Type 1, 4, and 9 of the SFC license, you will be primarily responsible for the following tasks. General operations related to EAM and AM business conducted by the company - Execution of overall fund management operations - Execution and management of business operations based on various internal policies - Due diligence and ongoing management of external related entities - Preparation and distribution of client reports and other materials - Collaboration with external vendors General compliance operations related to EAM and AM business conducted by the company - SFC correspondence and execution of various procedures - Cooperation with external advisors - Overall risk management related to business operations - Execution and management of compliance operations based on internal policies - Conduct internal compliance training
Job Requirement
