Our client is the Hong Kong branch of a highly successful headhunting business servicing consulting, finance, IT, healthcare industries in Japan. The branch is seeking experienced and proactive recruiters in all these fields:
Responsibilities
•Helps a start-up to create and build business in Hong Kong
•Reaches out to clients and establishes clientele for the company in Hong Kong
•Takes initiatives to find out clients’ recruitment needs and brings in job orders
•Sources, screens and selects candidates by different means including search, referral and social networking
•Independently manages projects and delivers with the goal of meeting business targets
Requirements
•Good education background preferred; degree from a respected university
•Professional and experienced headhunters with good track record
•Has strong client relationship and candidate network
•A self-starter who is independent, resourceful, hardworking and flexible. Willing to work in a start-up environment without a lot of administrative support
•Hong Kong residents with good English, proper presentation, and the ability to work with professionals
