Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > • Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences and related disciplines (e.g. Medicine, Science, and Agricultural Science） • Working experience: More than 5 years in R&D field. • Strong leadership competencies, including effective communication and efficient collaboration with co-workers in R&D field. • English: Business level (The official language of the company) • Experience in government funding application. • Experience of presentation in international congress. ※Candidate Information may share with group companies <Preferable skill/experience> • Communication in Japanese, but not mandatory • Working experience in the regenerative medicine field • Having experience in tissue culture, cell and molecular biology, cloning and genome editing techniques • Recognizing the novelty and patentability, and experience of patent application
