Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Prepare a full set of I/E shipping documents • Prepare and manage LC/DP documentation. • Liaise with overseas forwarders, external warehouses, and customers for shipment arrangements, including Air, FCL, LCL, and Courier shipments with various Incoterms. • Handle export inspection, Certificate of Origin (C/O) applications, and shipment insurance. • Oversee stock movements (in and out) and ensure proper inventory control. • Handle custom declaration and clearance processes.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・At least 3 years of shipping experience in a manufacturing company ・Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin ・Experience in export operations to countries such as Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, and the Philippines is a MUST ・Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
