Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Lead, supervise and train the team to deliver high quality of customer service and ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operation efficiency
- Formulate, execute and review standard operating procedures for restaurant operations and ensure the execution effectiveness
- Monitor and keep close control on food quality, hygiene and work safety issues
- Manage inventory level, movement and delivery schedule, conduct stocktake regularly
- Prepare various analysis on the sales figures and sales forecast of the store for management review
- Work closely with different internal department and pursue timely and effective communication
- Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma holder or above
- 5-10 years solid supervisory experience in operations management in F&B industry
- Preferably full-service restaurant management experience in a affordable price range dining
- Strong leadership, problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
- Good command of written and spoken Japanese is a must
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, especially in MS Excel
- Immediately available candidates are preferred
