For the last twenty years, they have been developing rapidly and enjoying good business in both US and China market. As a result, they are looking for a talent who is strong in Finance, Project Management, and Strategy to advise the Management team.
Functions :
You will be reporting to CEO directly and assisting Group CFO for managing and leading different projects in HK & China involving Retail, Manufacturing, Property & Media sector. You will be responsible to conduct both the Financial and Management Audit, to enhance Corporate Governance, minimize Operational risks and strengthen the performance a and success of the Group.

Job Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the Internal Stakeholders, Business partners and Project Managers to ensure Financial Risks identified are tracked, monitored and addressed adequately and appropriately
- Maintain an oversight, in Outsourcing strategy; Finance change; Management information and report design; Cost management; Organisational design and operating model effectiveness
- Maintain a risk oversight of Process design and improvement; Project management (PMI/PMP/Agile/Six Sigma); Large scale program delivery; Strategy/Business case development and Programme feasibility
- Communicate regularly with different Stakeholders regarding the risk profile changes of our Strategic Projects/ Programmes
- Undertake scenario analysis to assist Executors and Business Managers for decisions/options evaluation within the Project context
Job Requirements
- Degree in business related discipline and relevant professional qualifications in Finance, Risk Management
- At least 10 years of proven experience in Financial Management, Risk Management, Project Management, Strategic Setting and Consulting
- Candidates with Big 4 or Tier 2 Consulting experience with Project exposure in Retail, Apparels/Garment Manufacturing, Property and Media.
- Proven experiences in assessing risks and programme management for large scale projects
- Excellent knowledge of Finance, Risk management and Project management with the flexibility to apply Strategy and Risk Management principles in different context
- Exceptional Interpersonal skills, highly solution minded, and able to quickly grasp New Concepts, Industries, Businesses and Stakeholders
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Fluency in English is absolutely essential and Chinese language skills (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) are increasingly highly preferable
