Systems Engineer
Responsibilities:
Provide after-sales Customer Support to Bank and Finance client.
Handle customer inquiries, data analysis, problem investigation, bug fixing and provide solution to customers
Onsite support to customer’s office on necessary basis
Work with software vendor for system resolution
Requirement :
Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
More than 2 or 3 years relevant experiences in End-User or Customer Support
Proficiency and solid experiences in VB, VB.NET, ASP, ASP.NET and MSSQL is a must
With knowledge in Banking Compliance is definitely an advance
Fluency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
Be self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
