Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
•Provide helpdesk service and handle user enquiries
•Provide 1st tier technical support including troubleshooting, incident and problem identification, resolution and escalation
•Undertake system testing and installation. Perform daily operation support on servers, server room, IT infrastructure and trading systems
•Develop and maintain system documentation
•Perform general administrative work and IT asset inventory control and report printing
Requirements:
•Degree/Higher Diploma/Diploma holder in IT or related disciplines
•Minimum 3 year’s working experience in system or helpdesk support
•Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and common desktop applications
•Knowledge of Reuters, Bloomberg is an advantage
•MCITP, CCNA or ITIL is an advantage
•Good customer services and communication skills
•Work independently, self-driven, good team player and eager to learn
•Good command in both English and Cantonese, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
