Responsibilities
•Lead a team of RMs to develop business for Greater China Region with main focus on China Corporate business
•Manage the risk of the existing portfolio of China Corporate accounts and deepen the relationship through cross-selling banking products
•Set annual budget for China Corporate business team and set business plan in leading the team to achieve the target
•Provide tailor-made banking solutions to clients
•Work closely with Product Specialists to ensure a consistent approach to client management, marketing, and product positioning in the region
•Monitor underlying credit risk through effective risk management
•Manage the credit process and present the case to credit committee
•Coach RMs for marketing skills, product knowledge and credit skills
Requirements
•A bachelor’s degree holder in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline
•Experienced in Greater China corporate banking business for 10 years of which 5 years is in a managerial role (can consider less experience if candidate is strong)
•Good communication in fluent both English and Mandarin
•Knowledgeable in Trade Finance, Cash Management, and Global Markets
•Experienced in preparing credit proposals
•Good at sales and relationship management in commercial bank. Being able to attract and bring new customers in
•Equipped with strong credit, risk analytical and problem solving skills
•Proven with strong leadership and people development capabilities
•Performance self-driven and sales-oriented and have strong business development skills
