Our client is a well established, Switzerland-based advisory, fiduciary and private client services company. They are seeking to hire a senior Corporate and Trust Officer for their Hong Kong Office:
Responsibilitie
•administration/supervision of existing client structures (trusts, foundations and on- offshore companies etc), incl. financial activities
•administration of (semi-) commercial and non-commercial client structures
•financial statements (brief & full) incl. relevant minutes in English of several existing client structures
•Administration and overview of relevant VAT and tax declarations for all existing clients
•compliance and regularly framework, incl. compliance forms etc.
•secretarial work, filing etc
•coordination with the HK team, Swiss front office and intermediaries
Requirements:
Must have background in fiduciary/trust business
Professional experience from being legal/fiduciary secretary, associate/paralegal law firm, trust officer (length of time: 4-9 years+)
Language skills - fluent, spoken and written English; fluent spoken and written Chinese/Mandarin
Desired qualities include university (legal, tax, economics) or STEP degree; trust/fiduciary/banking/accounting knowledge; IT flair; generalist
