Job Description
Our client, a Chinese bank, is now looking an experienced candidate to join their expanding team:
Responsibilities
- Business development: raises AUM and fee income by bringing in new accounts and augmenting existing ones, where the scope encompasses both local and overseas markets;
- Client servicing: provides regular support to institutional clients and distribution channels for an overall user-friendly experience;
- Client screening: acts as the first line of defence on AMLO by conducting customer due diligence on external clients;
- Complaint handling and recovery: serves also as Complaint Officer, handles and oversees the resolution process, neutralizes any bias impression and recovers clients’ faith and relationship;
- Client database management: collects clients and channels feedback, identifies prevailing trend of investor demand and product preferences, and shares with other bank divisions on client information resources wherever applicable by taking a proactive approach.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a marketing manager for asset management companies in which min. 8 years experience selling / distributing investment products and services
- Familiar with the institutional client network in Hong Kong;
- Meets SFC standard for Type 9 license.
