<Job Responsibilities> ● 海外人材紹介ビジネス新規事業の立ち上げ実務全般 ● (営業・マーケティング・法務・IT・人事・経営企画など） ● 海外日本食レストラン経営層や人事への法人営業活動 ● 海外法人顧客への人材採用コンサルティング実務 ● 日本食シェフ及び飲食業界人材へのヘッドハンティング・キャリアカウンセリング実務 ● その他関連業務 ● Overseas recruitment business general business startup practice ● (Sales, Marketing, Legal, IT, Human Resources, Corporate Planning, etc.) ● Corporate sales activities for overseas Japan restaurant management and personnel ● Practical operations for recruitment consulting for overseas corporate clients ● Headhunting and career counseling for Japan chefs and human resources in the restaurant industry ● Ad hoc duties

Requirement ● 法人営業、もしくはレストラン経営のご経験がある方 ● 日本の食文化や和食や海外が好きな方 ● 新しい人材紹介ビジネスを創るためのリーダーシップがある方 ● ビジネスレベルの英語力を有する方 ● 成果主義の環境で自由と裁量を持って活躍できる方 ● チームワークを大切にできる方 ● 就労ビザ取得要件を満たす方 ● 大学卒業以上 ● 海外勤務ができる方 ※グループ会社も選考に入ります。 Preferred ● 飲食業界/ホスピタリティ業界/コンサルティング業界のご経験がある方 ● キャリアアドバイザーのご経験がある方 ● 海外居住経験または留学経験がある方 ● 顧客の人生やビジネスやキャリアを応援したいという想いのある方 ● イキイキとはたらける組織を創る情熱のある方 ● 聞き上手なコミュニケーションができる方 ● 物事をポジティブに考えられる方 ● チームワークを大切にできる方 ● 海外のスタートアップ事業にチャレンジしたい方 Requirements ● Have experience in corporate sales or restaurant management ● Like Japan food culture, Japanese food, and overseas ● The leadership to create a new recruitment business ● Business level English proficiency ● Wiling to play an active role freely and discretion in a performance-based environment ● Value teamwork ● Meet the requirements for obtaining a work visa ● Can work overseas ※Candidate Information may share with group companies Preferred ● Experience in the food and beverage industry, hospitality industry, and consulting industry ● Experience as a career advisor ● Have lived or studied abroad ● Want to support the life, business or career of customers ● Have a passion to create an organization that can work with vigor ● Good communication skill ● Think positively about things ● Can value teamwork ● Want to challenge overseas startup business
