・高級寿司店での寿司調理・接客業務
※カウンター席のみ、10席未満のハイエンド層をターゲットにした店舗。
・Provide excellent standard of sushi in a professional manner
・Provide high quality customer service to Japanese
※Only has counter seat, under 10 seats targeting high-income Japanese customers
<Must Requirement>
・寿司職人として5年以上のキャリアをお持ちの方
・寿司を通して日本の文化を世界に広めたい方
・英語日常会話レベル
・At least 5 years Experience as a Sushi chef in Japanese restaurant
・Able to support the Japanese head chef for providing sushi dishes
・Sense of responsibility for your role
・Business level Japanese
・Conversational level English
<Preferable Requirement>
・英語ビジネスレベル
・香港で勤務可能なビザをお持ちの方
・Business level English
・HK resident or have HK employment visa
