Requirements
Online Store Operations
• Responsible for the website platform management on a daily basis across all brand sites
• Ensure functionality of all e-stores on a daily basis by doing website checks and test orders and monitoring error logs on all systems in the E-Commerce Infrastructure (MartJack, QOR3, NetSuite, RetailPro, WMS, NinjaVan, WorldPay, Tealium, ASICS ID)
• Responsible for all applicable order transfers in MartJack system on a daily basis
• Responsible for all applicable order cancellations in MartJack system on a daily basis
• Report on E-Commerce KPIs (Sales, conversion rate, traffic etc) and activities for all e-stores across all brand sites on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Competitor monitoring reporting on a monthly basis and to suggest improvements for an optimum customer experience to increase sales
Additional Job Information
• Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience with E-Commerce site operations in the areas of content management, front-end store online operations, website reporting and customer service
• Experience with marketplaces management a major plus eg. Marketplaces
• Experience with web analytics (preferably Google Analytics) a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and formulas
• Fluent in English written and oral
• At least 1 year of experience in selling and managing product offerings on a good mix of branded sites and major e-marketplaces in either a previous job or personal capacity
• Some knowledge on the E-Commerce industry
• Good with Microsoft Excel and numbers
• Must have a strong command of English
• Must have strong interest and keep ahead of online selling trends
