Title: Asst. Manager
1. Environment Scan
Based out of Jaipur.
2. Mission
Responsible for developing and managing an effective sales plan, set and monitor targets for existing and new doors, build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with other channels in order to achieve the company's goals.
3. Job Scope (Responsibility)
1) Sales and Distribution : Target and Forecasting Sales
• Person has experience of managing sales across SIS, and MBOs Accounts.
• Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly sales Plan.
• Routine Sales monitoring, conducting monthly review and analysis of business with partner.
• Extension of Distribution Coverage.
• Relationship Building with new prospective partners.
• The role would involve substantial travelling
• Execution of pre-orders.
Strategic
• Develop relationship with franchise retailers and play a key part in facilitating joint promotional/ business plans to deliver growth with these retailers.
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with the key personnel (i.e. coaches, trainers in region.
• Work closely monitor and continuously improve sales order process for accuracy.
2 Business Development
• Maintain existing business relationship with retailers and distributors in the local sports ecosystem in the territory.
• Support Wholesale Manager to establish new business partnerships and revenue schemes with distributors/retailers in each country.
3. Education/ Key Skills required:
• MBA in Sales & Marketing would be preferred
• 7-10 years of Trade and retail sales in Sports industry
• Good communication and presentation skills.
