Job Description
Responsibilities include:
• Deliver and Manage AMS engagements across SAP/CCA technologies
• Achieve yoy growth targets on revenue
• Work closely with the customer to meet their needs
• Develop and coach senior individuals for leadership positions
• Deal ownership during the presale’s stages, responsible for opportunity qualification to contracting to delivering agreed commitments
• Work with a diverse team across regions/ cultures/ domains
Requirements
Deliverables/ KPIs:
• Revenue growth in existing clients/ accounts
• Drive new deal/ business closures
• Excellence in delivery & Industrialization
• Implementation of ongoing innovations and transformational agenda
• High score on customer feedback
Competencies:
• Strategic thinking and internal/ external customer orientation
• CXO level partnership skills
• Ability to manage teams that are multi-tower and/ or located remotely
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Leadership and Portfolio Management skills
