Requirements :
1. Have a minimum of S1 degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking
2. Have a minimum of 5 year experiences in Finance and Accounting areas (manufactureing preferable)
3. preferably Supervisor specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
4. Excellent in English communication skill
5. Having the ability to speak English and other foreign languages is preferred (Japanese, Mandarin)
6. Able to work under pressure, strong initiative & leadership
7. Can operate the computer Ms. Office (exel, word, power point)
8. Willing to domicile in Karawang area or nearby
9. Responsible and good working attitude
Responsibilities :
1. Monthly meeting management
2. Analyze budget & analyze financial report
3. Relation with external party (rental company, pengusaha limbah, kepolisian, karang taruna sekitar pabrik dan suplier)
4. Responsible to activity related with custom (permit import document for machine, sparepart, subcontract, etc)
5. Checking Bea Cukai Report (Laporan 3 Bulanan & Laporan 4 Bulanan)
6. Responsible to internal & external audit (Audit for Tax, Financial Report, Custom)
7. Responsible to activity import & export
8. Checking document import & export
9. Controling cash flow
10. Make Annual Budget
11. Account Payable, Account Receivable, Petty Cash
12. Checking PPH 21,2,23,26 4 (2)
13. Supervise stock opname report (Stock opname raw material, Stock opname finish goods, Stock opname machinery, Stock opname cash on hand)
14. Calculating COGS (Cost of Goods Sold)
15. Financial report (Balance sheet, Profit & Loss, Income Statement)
