<Job Responsibilities>
- Administration support for Sales team
- Document fulfillment for shipping
- Handle export and import documentation
- Monitor AR and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely invoicing
- Coordinate with relevant parties (customer/shipping/suppliers) to ensure the delivery and other related matters are handled efficiently and effectively
- Assist in reviewing documents
- Develop and maintain filing system
- Support analysis and market research
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Business English proficiency (coordinate with foreigners)
・Min. 2 years as Sales Admin or Marketing Support in multinational raw material in trading company or procurement/purchasing from mining, experienced in handling exim document and coordinating with external parties
・MS Office proficiency (esp. MS Excel)
・Able to multitask, meticulous, good communication, organized, and good coordination skill
