Job Description
- Create and manage various documents including Invoices, Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders (PO), Quotations, and other administrative paperwork as required.
- Support the Tax and Finance Department in various tasks, such as data entry, document management, and filing.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial documents.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and tax filings.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Other task as assiged
Job Requirement
・Proven experience as an Administration Staff or in a similar administrative role.for minimum 2 years.
・Can understand and speak English.
・Able to operate a computer/laptop and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
・Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
・Domicile in Jakarta
