<Job Responsibilities>
- Identify and establish new distributor channels to boost sales revenue.
- Develop relationships with distributors, auto-repair shops, service stations, and fleet operators owners.
- Work closely with existing distributors while exploring new partnerships for sustainable growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Regularly visit potential partners and distributors to build trust and long-term business relationships.
- Lead a team, ensuring they focus on broader market expansion.
- Drive new product development in collaboration with internal teams to meet market demands.
- Create and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Improve brand positioning and awareness in the Indonesian aftermarket sector.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure that revenue targets are met.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maximize profitability.
- Other task as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management in the aftermarket automotive parts industry.
・Strong experience working with distributors and B2B sales.
・Proven track record in new market development and revenue growth.
・Deep understanding of the Indonesian automotive aftermarket industry and its distribution network.
・Strong knowledge of aftermarket sales strategies, competitor activities, and industry trends.
・Proven ability to develop and manage distributor relationships
・Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to secure new partnerships.
・Experience in creating and executing sales growth strategies.
・Ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
・Fluent in English (both spoken and written) to communicate with internal teams and global management.
