Job Description
- Set up pre-opening P&P and SOP Finance & Accounting
- Set up Tax, bank account, etc.
- Prepare pre-opening Budget and propose new Budget for next year
- Maintain & Control Fix Asset hand over from owning to management operator
- Analyze and prepare financial statement such as balance sheet, P&L, cash flow and reporting to general manager and owning company
- Preparing budget monthly and yearly for operational hotel
- Ensure that all staff in accounting are adhering to set-standards in the performance of their daily duties
- Take Responsibility by supervising month end closing procedures
- Review AP Aging and AR aging, make sure the number not cross the Line Standard
- Reporting Tax PB1, Pph 21, Pph 23
Job Requirement
- Have a minimum of S1 degree
- Have experience in finance/accounting min. 3 years
- Have an experience in hospitality industry (apartment or hotel) min. 1 year
- Business level in English language skill
- Have ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Have flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations
- Have ability to work under pressure
