Job Description
- Conduct process of Organization Development (Talent Management, Talent Mapping, Career Path, Training Development) etc
- Making performance management and developing talent management
- Making structural Interventions for restructuring organizations, Employee Involvement and work design.
- Making salary structure and review annual.
- Maintain, develop and implement all necessary policies and procedures to ensure that the HR function operate effectively.
- Review all necessary policies, SOP, WI, KPI for effectiveness between management and all employee to encourage harmony
- Advise management on all aspects of employee and on the interpretation
- Support management at disciplinary, cost reduction, employee absent ratio, for company to be better.
- Review and check payment for third party such as labor vendor
- Check and review payroll
- Other tasks related the job and title and HRIS
Job Requirement
・Min. bachelor's degree any major
・Experience in all HR field (People Development, Recruitment, Payroll, Industrial Relation, etc.) min. 5 years
・Experience in managerial min. 5 years
・Knowledge and experience in all HR Generalist fields
・Analytical and conceptual thinking skill, good attitude and change management
・English skill
