<Job Responsibilities>
- Support interpreting and translating for User
- Participate in market visits, interviews and other research activities
- Do administrative work
- Coordinate cross department and to external parties to support the user and department
- Make report as needed
- Assist the user in various work arrangements and completion of tasks
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Business Mandarin proficiency (equal to HSK 5 or higher), Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 1 year of experience as Mandarin Speaking Assistant to Manager, with experience in interpreting & translating, coordinating with external parties, doing admin work and multitask to support the user's needs
・Good communication skill, able to work under pressure, able to multitask and good time management
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience as Assistant for 2 years or more
