<Job Responsibilities> ・Responsible in managing staffs in each stores ・Responsible in sales promotion in each stores ・Interpreting and translating documents ・Negotiating with business partners ・Responsible in launching the new stores ・Responsible in creating staffs' schedule ・Responsible in store equipment management ・Doing the store works with the store staffs, like cooking and service ・Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Able to communicate with Japanese in Business level smoothly (N2 up) and study or work experience in Japan ・Working experience in Restaurant / Cafe / Bar experience ・Have punctual habit (Good attendance) and strong compliance mind-set for fraud (can tell staffs about dismissal due to stealing restaurant money , breaking restaurant rule for meal allowance ) ・Have strong will to grow up and passionate about work ・CDD can work with shift schedule <Preferable Skill / Experience > ・Have working experience in Japan for hospitality industry (Restaurant / Hotel)
