Job Description
- Investigate client companies’ strengths and weaknesses.
- Analyze client strategies, including: Business Strategy (including M&A schemes), HR Strategy and Systems, Governance and Risk Management Systems, Corporate Restructuring Strategies, Prepare and draft presentation materials and reports.
- Collaborate with external partners such as law firms, accounting firms, HR agencies, and research institutions.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
・Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (Indonesia or overseas) in Law, Finance, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.60.
・2–5 years of professional experience in financial or legal consulting.
(Minimum 2 years for Associate Consultant; Minimum 5 years for Consultant level)
・Business-level proficiency in English (spoken and written).
・Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
・Strong leadership skills and analytical thinking.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team player.
・Meticulous, quick-witted, and detail-oriented.
・Able to work under pressure and committed to deadlines.
・Positive, proactive, and highly responsible in handling assigned tasks.
