Job Description
- Manage monthly payments (office rent, utilities, and other expenses).
- Prepare and maintain documents (contracts, agreements, etc.).
- Assist with reception duties (greeting visitors, etc.).
- Handle internal and external inquiries as the main contact point.
- Provide basic translation and interpretation support (Japanese ⇔ English/Bahasa Indonesia) if needed
- Other task as assigned
Job Requirement
・Experience in back-office, administration, HR, or general affairs is a plus.
・Fresh graduates are welcome
・JLPT minimum N3
・Able to communicate with Japanese staff in simple conversations.
・Strong communication skills.
・Proactive and able to work independently.
・English skill is a must
