Job Description
◆Handles a variety of tasks as assigned by the manager - Apply for BPOM (application for import permit) to government agencies - Preparation of trade documents - Ordering and placing orders and trading operations with the Japanese head office and Indonesian agent. - Create label contents for imported products, upload information to the label system, and Label inventory management and ordering operations. - Exchange of documents with 3PL warehouses and customs brokers. - Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Business level English (High conversational level can try) ・More than 1-2 years EXIM Trading experience in Japanese Trading/logistic company ・Handling experience of BPOM ・Willing and able to perform a variety of tasks as directed ・Can use Microsoft Apps (Powerpoint, Excel) *Graduated from the Phermaceutical is big plus
