Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Achieve monthly and yearly target for the branch
- Develop effective local sales strategies based on market potential
- Develop client and manage relationship with existing clients
- Do product/service demonstrations to potential customers
- Manage sales pipeline and report progress regularly to central management
- Collaborate with necessary parties for market expansion
- Conduct market mapping and competitor research in the area
- Manage the branch team including recruitment, interviews, trainings, and performance evaluation
- Ensure that branch operates efficiently in accordance with company SOP
- Create periodical (weekly, monthly) reports
- Handle complaints from client in a timely and effective manner
- Work closely with HO HR, Finance, and Operations teams to coordinate branch needs
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 5 years as Sales selling B2B service, with min 3 years as Area Manager, experienced in handling a team, accustomed in using digital tools and making periodical report and used to reaching target
・Willing to be placed in Central Java
・Good communication skill and negotiation skill, good management skill
