Job Description
- Planning and budgeting and branch forecast accurately and according to needs.
- Formulate and determine branch, harmony with company’s vision and mission.
- Formulate branch operational development planning in long term so it can expand the role and competitiveness of branch.
- Internal coordination can be better between departments.
- Responsible to each managing department that is, unit sales, parts and service in Jakarta Branch so it can run well and according to target that has been decided.
- Ensure customer satisfaction process can be done properly.
- Ensure company get profit and customer is not having a loss either.
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor degree in Engineering
・Min 3 years experience in heavy equipment or mining industry
・Understanding heavy equipment, sales, after sales support and fabrication.
・ Have leadership ability, analytical, conceptual and systematical skill.
・Active English Language and Have Broad work connection.
