Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Conduct in-depth market research, including competitive analysis, industry trend analysis, and emerging telematics solutions - Analyze customer needs and pain points related to vehicle safety, fuel efficiency, driver behavior, through various methods - Identify unmet customer needs and market opportunities - Collaborate with Product team to translate customer needs and market insights into product roadmaps and strategies - Stay updated with the latest telematics technologies - Translate customer needs into clear, concise and measurable product requirements - Develop comprehensive documentation, including user stories, use cases, and product requirements documents, to effectively communicate product requirements to cross-functional teams - Work with the Product team to prioritize and refine product requirements based on feasibility, impact, and alignment with business goals - Facilitate workshops and presentations to share findings and gather feedback - Effectively communicate and collaborate with the Product team throughout the entire product development lifecycle - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering ・Business English proficiency (efficiently communicate with foreigners for technical discussion) ・Min. 3 years as Business Analyst/Product Analyst in the telematics industry or towards automotive clients, experienced in data analysis, identifying trends, drawing insightful conclusions, gathering and analyzing customer requirements, doing market research for automotive sectors ・Experienced in utilizing data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau), and project management tools (Jira, Asana) and market research databases ・Smart, able to work with less supervision, good work ethics, detail oriented
