<Job Responsibilities>
- Implement and manage the full cycle of the software development
- Understand the user's needs
- Handle applications related to insurance processes, including front-end, integration, and core applications
- Conduct requirement gathering and create Business Requirement/Functional Specification Documents
- Set up products in insurance systems
- Utilize SQL (DML commands) for analysis
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in IT
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 3 years as Business Analyst with experience in Life 400 / LifeAsia insurance systems, solid knowledge of SDLC and experienced in implementing full software development cycles
・Experienced in handling insurance applications (front-end, integration, or core applications), product set up and proficient in requirement gathering and creating Business Requirement/Functional Specification Documents
・Proficient in SQL (DML commands)
・Analytical, detail oriented, adaptable, good initiative
