Job Description
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in Indonesia and other regions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to recommend strategic actions for business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Japanese-speaking clients, partners, and prospects, particularly in industries that require GPS, IoT, and fleet management solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese clients, ensuring smooth communication and fostering trust.
- Drive the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, for IoT and fleet management solutions.
- Provide tailored solutions to clients, ensuring their needs are met with the company's products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery post-sale.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with local businesses, distributors, and industry leaders to expand the company’s market share.
- Foster collaboration with internal departments (technical, marketing, and customer support teams) to tailor offerings for clients.
Job Requirement
・A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
・At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the technology or IoT.
・Experience in handling Japanese clients or working in a Japanese-speaking environment is a significant advantage.
・Proficiency in both Japanese (JLPT N3) and English (business level).
・Understanding of Japanese business culture and etiquette, ensuring smooth interactions with Japanese-speaking clients.
