Job Description
Responsibilities
• Manage customer relationship with understanding, defining, and supporting inter-business activities of customer in order to achieve customer satisfaction and Division's objectives.
• Prepare, and conduct service review including SLA (Service Level Agreement)
review with customer and control next action plan.
• Receive customer complain and ensure the action plan is conducted to resolve complain.
• Support in monthly report checklist development for each month
Requirement
• Minimum graduated from reputable university, Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or Science
• Minimum 3 years experience as IT Business Relation/ IT Pre-sales/ IT Business Analyst
• Required skills : Account Management, Business Communication, Analytical Thinking, Logical Structure, Customer Satisfaction, Management, Business Relation Management, Business Proposal, Bidding Management.
• Have good communication, interpersonal skill, and English proficient (written and oral)
• Have good MS Office skill sets
