Job Description
a). Main task: leading and responsible for the implementation and compliance with the Work Safety and Health legislation in the Mining Business Permit (IUP) area. Responsible for handling the Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Management in the Mining Business Permit area. b). Control, Compile and Manage permits Carry out Inspection, Supervision and Testing Exploration IUP UKL-UPL / AMDAL IUP-OP (Production Operation) Permit for Disposal while Temporary Hazardous Toxic Waste (B3) Permit for Arranging Pond / AAT Setling Points Electricity Permit Ensuring that every mine worker and location works in a safe condition and actively contributes positively to K3 and the environment. c). Making Reports on the Obligations of IUP-OP Holders, Make quarterly reports on HSE management, Mine development report, Report on reserves of quarries, Production and sales reports, Report on Reclamation Plans (RR), Report of the Mine Closure Plan d). Periodic Tasks: Responsible for the implementation of mining activities (digging / unloading, loading, transporting) of excavated materials in accordance with the regulations of the central / regional government regulations and production targets are achieved, Make a report on the management of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) and the Environment
Job Requirement
- Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering - Have a minimum of 5 year experiences in related field - Have Geologist background - Have POU certification - Business Level English for both oral & written - Wiling to be located in Melak, Kutai Barat
