Job Description
- Assist in the preparation and execution of corporate planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant information and provide support for strategic planning activities.
- Prepare various documents and reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analyze and compile data for corporate planning projects, presentations, and reports.
- Serve as an interpreter for Japanese expatriates and guests who speak only Indonesian during meetings and company visits.
- Translate business documents, correspondence, and other materials between Japanese and Indonesian as needed.
- Accompany Japanese expatriates to client meetings and site visits, providing language and logistical support.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and expatriates to maintain and build strong business relationships.
- Provide general administrative assistance, including scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and managing correspondence for the corporate planning team.
- Assist with expatriate-related matters such as accommodation, transportation, and other logistical support.
- Act as a liaison between the corporate planning department and other internal departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Assist in coordinating with Japanese headquarters for business updates and information exchange.

Job Requirement
・Minimum JLPT N3 certification in Japanese is required.
・At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, such as a secretary, Japanese support, or related position.
・Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and document creation.
・Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
・Flexibility to travel for client visits and business trips as needed.
・Willingness to work in Cilegon

- Memerlukan sertifikasi JLPT N3 dalam bahasa Jepang.
